Meet Robin Davis
I’m a 6th-generation Texan, proudly born and raised in the La Porte-Bayshore area. My roots run deep in this community, and my passion for service has shaped every step of my life. For over 30 years, I served as a first responder, and today, I’m proud to work as a realtor with RE/MAX Excellence in La Porte, alongside my wife, Destiny. Together, we share six children and two wonderful grandsons who call me “Pops.”
A Life Dedicated to Family and Community
Family and community are at the heart of everything I do. I’m actively involved in several local and state organizations, including the Sons of the Republic of Texas, Crown Hill Cemetery Association, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo, and the Kiwanis Club, to name a few. I also had the honor of being La Porte’s original “Blue Santa,” helping provide toys to children in need in La Porte and Deer Park.
For the past 14 years, I’ve called Pasadena home, living in the Village Grove subdivision, where I’ve proudly served on the HOA board for five years, four of those as President. I’m committed to improving the quality of life for our community—whether that’s through safer streets and sidewalks, or ensuring that parks and city-maintained amenities are accessible and enjoyable for all.
Supporting First Responders
As a retired first responder, I understand the critical importance of providing resources to our police and fire departments. The safety of our families should always come first. I’ll work to ensure these vital services continue to receive the funding, training, and support they need to remain second to none.
Championing Small Businesses
The American Dream is about more than owning a home—it’s about entrepreneurship. From kids running lemonade stands to family-owned restaurants serving generations-old recipes, small businesses are the backbone of our city. I believe in supporting and encouraging these businesses by shopping and dining locally to keep our community thriving.
Why I’m Running
I’m not a politician—I’m just a regular guy who loves his family and his city. I believe in common-sense, “meat and potatoes” solutions to the issues that matter most to you. I’m not here for special interests or free dinners; I’m here to be your voice. If you want someone who will work hard, listen to your concerns, and fight for our community, I’d be honored to earn your vote.
